Devoteam can offer a Customer Success Services agreement for proactive communication, workshop, training, service review meetings etc.

Devoteam would like to be able to offer our customers a more consistent and more professional support experience moving forward.

To achieve this vision, Devoteam has built up its Google Workspace - Center of Excellence that will provide this service for our customers.

This is a dedicated team of highly trained professional support agents that will assist you with problem solving and provide guidance in using Google Workspace.
Support is offered in English, Spanish, French, Italian

Our cloud specialists in our Service Desk are your first contact when reporting a case. Service Desk has the overall responsibility for your case and assumes the responsibility to solve your case in the most efficient manner and will assign local or regional resources if needed.

The Service Desk is operational business days between 08:00 to 17:00 CET.

You will be required to sign up before you will be able to create a ticket.
